Department of Tourist Services Islamabad is an attached Department of Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination and regulates to Travel & Hospitality Trade in ICT under the following three Acts / Rules:-

Pakistan Travel Agencies Act, 1976 7 Rules, 1977.

Pakistan Hotels & restaurants Act, 1976 & Rules, 1977

Tourist Guides Act1976 7 Rules 1996.
